Product Manager (KYC)

We are looking for a Product Manager to strengthen our product team in the KYC domain. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and continuous optimization of our KYC product.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive KYC-related product initiatives across web and mobile applications
• Monitor and improve key product metrics, including verification success rate, verification time, and funnel conversion
• Analyze product performance using analytics tools, dashboards, and admin panels
• Conduct market, product, and competitor research to identify growth and optimization opportunities
• Define and document clear product requirements, user stories, and technical tasks; participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Perform product-side QA and validate new features before release
• Conduct demos and knowledge-sharing sessions for back-office and internal teams
• Collaborate closely with product designers on UX improvements and customer journey optimization
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics, Compliance, and Support teams
• Manage integrations and ongoing communication with external KYC and anti-fraud providers to improve verification quality and speed
   

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager
• Strong experience with KYC processes, identity verification workflows, and compliance requirements
• Solid understanding of anti-fraud systems, auto-verification solutions, and related KYC tools
• Experience working with core product functionality, third-party integrations, and multiple product funnels
• Experience in B2C products (B2B background is also acceptable)
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with product metrics and data-driven decision-making
• Technical mindset with experience working on products with a large user base and mobile applications

Will Be a Plus

• Experience working with crypto exchanges or trading products
• Practical experience running and analyzing A/B tests
• Experience working with crypto wallets
• Experience in betting or gambling products
