Project Manager

Codebridge is looking for a proactive, structured, and detail-oriented Project Manager who will drive the planning and delivery of software development projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution within scope and timelines for international clients in fintech, healthcare, and e-learning domains across the EU and US markets. 
 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage software development and UI/UX projects using Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) 
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release management 
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements; create user stories and technical specifications 
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog based on business value and technical dependencies 
• Develop product roadmaps and monitor their execution 
• Establish and implement development and release management standards 
• Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget constraints 
• Take ownership of project outcomes and propose optimal solutions 
• Proactively identify risks and drive continuous process improvement 
   

Requirements:  

• Experience of work as PM/BA no less than 2 years in IT 
• Strong expertise in Software Development Life Cycle 
• Working experience with SCRUM framework 
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset 
• Attentiveness to details 
• Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills 
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher 
• Technical background is a plus
