Product Manager
๐ฏ What you'll do:
- Own the product process end to end โ discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurement

- Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing business needs with technical reality
- Write clear specs and requirements that engineers can ship without back-and-forth
- Be the bridge between business (CEO, sales) and the engineering team
- Manage sprints and delivery for a small, focused dev team
โ
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar)
- Proven discovery and validation skills โ you've tested hypotheses and made data-driven decisions
- Strong prioritization skills โ you can say "no" constructively and cut scope ruthlessly
- Technical fluency โ you understand APIs, mobile vs. web trade-offs, and tech debt without needing to code
- Excellent written communication โ you can write a clear spec or PRD
- Experience working in small teams without dedicated designers, researchers, or QA
๐ก Will be a plus:
- UI/UX design sensibility โ can sketch wireframes, give actionable design feedback, spot UX issues
- EdTech or B2C product experience
- Experience with mobile products (iOS App Store, release cycles, platform nuances)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Linear, Notion, Figma
- Background in early-stage or startup environments
๐ What we offer:
- Full ownership of the product process โ you're the PM, not one of many
- Direct impact โ small team means your decisions ship fast and matter
- Autonomy to shape the product process from scratch
- Work closely with engineering and leadership, no layers in between
- Fully remote work
- Real product used by thousands of users in the education space
- Collaborative team of engineers, AI specialists, and business leaders
