Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will communicate directly with customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and help improve our Help Center content.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, structured communication, and working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer requests via ticketing system and live chat (Hubspot)
  • Investigate and reproduce reported issues within our SaaS platform
  • Provide clear, structured, and friendly responses to customers
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Contribute to improving internal documentation and processes
  • Create and update Help Center articles and video guides (when workload allows)

 

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills (clear, structured, and professional tone)
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written communication is especially important)
  • Analytical mindset and ability to think logically when investigating issues
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks in parallel
  • Self-organization and responsibility
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a SaaS environment

     

We are open to candidates without prior technical support experience.
