Due to this we are looking for skilled Head of Acquisition to join the team that launches new projects in various markets and shapes the future of the iGaming industry.

What's important to us:

• At least 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within the iGaming industry
• Proven track record of managing affiliate programs in Tier-1 markets
• Strong network of affiliates and partners (SEO, PPC, media buying teams, networks)
• Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models and partner economics
• Experience working with large budgets and scaling affiliate traffic
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to evaluate traffic quality (ROI, LTV, retention, fraud signals)
• Experience negotiating commercial terms and building long-term partnerships
• Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated markets

• Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking systems

   

What you'll do:

• Build and lead the affiliate marketing direction for the project
• Develop and execute affiliate acquisition strategy across Tier-1 markets
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-quality affiliate partners
• Manage relationships with existing affiliates to maximize performance
• Negotiate deals, payment models, and traffic terms
• Monitor traffic quality, optimize partner performance, and ensure profitability
• Launch and scale campaigns with key partners
• Collaborate with product, retention, and analytics teams to improve player quality
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends
• Build scalable processes for affiliate growth
