Agent Partnership Manager (B2B / FinTech)
PayAdmit is an international FinTech company specializing in payment orchestration and comprehensive B2B payment solutions
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Agent Partnership Manager to develop and scale our global agent network
This role focuses on building a strong partner channel that attracts B2B clients to our software products and grows into an independent revenue stream
Requirements:
• Experience in B2B sales or partnerships (FinTech/iGaming preferred)
• Understanding of agent and commission-based business models
• Strong partnership negotiation skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in FinTech, IT, Cryptocurrency, or Blockchain
• Existing network of relevant industry contacts
• Experience working with PSPs, white-label providers, or within the gambling ecosystem
• Previous experience on a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and attract B2B agents (iGaming consultants, PSP brokers, affiliate brokers, white-label sellers)
• Conduct partnership negotiations
• Sign agent agreements
• Maintain regular communication with agents
• Provide product training and updates
• Share latest commercial offers
• Monitor lead quality and conversion performance
• Transfer qualified leads to the sales team
• Maintain a registry of agent-driven clients
• Approve and coordinate commission payouts
• Expand the agent network into new geographies
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
