Head of Business Development / Data Business Intelligence (iGaming)
We are looking for a senior-level leader who can own both commercial growth and data-driven decision-making across our iGaming business.
This role combines Business Development leadership with Business Intelligence ownership. The person will be responsible for driving growth, structuring and owning reporting, and ensuring that management, shareholders, and teams clearly understand what is happening in the business and why.
This is a hands-on Head role, not a pure manager โ you will both build and oversee.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Development & Commercial Ownership
- Own and execute commercial growth strategy across multiple GEOs.
Work closely with Marketing, Affiliates, CRM, and Payments teams to improve:
- CAC, CVR, ROAS
- FTD conversion
- LTV and retention
- Evaluate platforms, vendors, PSPs, and commercial partners.
- Prepare market assessments and profitability models for new GEO launches.
- Support strategic decisions around scaling, partnerships, and investments.
2. Business Intelligence & Reporting Ownership
- Fully own BI and reporting across the business (even if execution is partially delegated).
Define and maintain KPI frameworks across:
- Acquisition
- Onboarding / KYC
- Payments
- Product funnels
- Retention & revenue
Build or oversee:
- Data Warehouse logic
- Automated daily / weekly / monthly reports
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trust in numbers.
Translate data into clear business actions, not just dashboards.
3. Operational & Performance Control
- Monitor daily performance across funnels and GEOs.
- Identify bottlenecks and performance leaks (payments, onboarding, UX, traffic quality).
- Propose and implement operational improvements.
- Define and track Daily / Weekly / Monthly KPIs aligned with management goals.
- Operate comfortably in regulated and grey-market environments.
4. Market Launch & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Support end-to-end launches of new brands or markets.
- Coordinate Product, Marketing, CRM, Payments, IT, Compliance, Finance.
- Define launch KPIs, readiness checklists, and execution timelines.
5. Executive & Investor Reporting
- Deliver management- and investor-grade reporting.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance outlooks.
- Support board-level presentations and strategic discussions.
- Participate in M&A or due diligence processes when needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years in iGaming (B2C online casino strongly preferred).
- Proven experience in commercial roles, BI, growth, or operations.
- Experience working with multiple GEOs.
- Hands-on exposure to platforms, PSPs, CRM systems, analytics tools.
Technical / Analytical Skills
- Strong understanding of casino funnels end-to-end.
- Confident working with large datasets and KPI frameworks.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Ability to forecast, model scenarios, and explain numbers clearly.
- SQL / Python is a strong advantage (but mindset > syntax).
