Customer Support Call Agent (German-speaking) iGaming

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Call Agent to join our growing iGaming online entertainment project focused on the DACH market.

 

This role is proactive, not just inbound support. You will be making outbound calls to our existing user database, helping customers, answering questions, and improving overall user experience.

 

What you will do:

  • Make proactive outbound calls to existing customers
  • Provide support, guidance, and basic account assistance
  • Build positive relationships and increase customer satisfaction
  • Update internal systems with call outcomes

 

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent German (is a must)
  • Good communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Previous customer support or call center experience is a plus
