Pre sales manager
We are looking for a Presale Qualification Manager responsible for initial lead processing and preparation before transferring qualified prospects to the sales (closer) team. This role does not involve closing deals โ the key objective is high-quality lead qualification and proper handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial communication with leads (email, WhatsApp, calls);
- Conducting short video meetings;
- Identifying client needs and qualifying prospects;
- Transferring prepared leads to the sales team;
- Working in Zoho CRM;
- Maintaining CRM hygiene (timely data entry, status updates, documenting all communication).
Requirements:
- English level B2 or higher (spoken and written);
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or working in an international environment;
- Strong communication skills;
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently;
- Confident computer skills and ability to navigate multiple tools.

- Experience working in an international company.
