We are looking for a Presale Qualification Manager responsible for initial lead processing and preparation before transferring qualified prospects to the sales (closer) team. This role does not involve closing deals โ€” the key objective is high-quality lead qualification and proper handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial communication with leads (email, WhatsApp, calls);
  • Conducting short video meetings;
  • Identifying client needs and qualifying prospects;
  • Transferring prepared leads to the sales team;
  • Working in Zoho CRM;
  • Maintaining CRM hygiene (timely data entry, status updates, documenting all communication).

Requirements:

  • English level B2 or higher (spoken and written);
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or working in an international environment;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently;
  • Confident computer skills and ability to navigate multiple tools.
