π― Role Overview
As a HR People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, helping scale people practices while preserving speed, culture, and performance standards.
You will work at the intersection of business and People processes β supporting managers in building effective teams, improving engagement, and driving organizational maturity. This is a hands-on role combining advisory, operational ownership, and data-informed decision-making.
Your impact will be measured through team health, retention, performance clarity, and overall organizational effectiveness.
βοΈ Your Tasks:
- Partner with business leaders on org design, team effectiveness, engagement, retention, and culture;
- Support performance management cycles: goal setting, feedback routines, reviews, and improvement plans;
- Coach managers on leadership skills: communication, delegation, motivation, conflict resolution, team development;
- Own key employee lifecycle touchpoints: onboarding, probation success, internal mobility, offboarding insights;
- Lead employee relations processes: sensitive conversations, conflict mediation, investigations when required;
- Identify early people risks (burnout, disengagement, attrition) and implement preventive actions;
- Translate People strategy into practical, team-level initiatives with clear adoption and accountability;
- Use data (pulse surveys, retention metrics, performance insights) to drive recommendations and decisions;
- Collaborate with HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, and managers to ensure smooth end-to-end People processes;
- Build scalable frameworks, manager toolkits, and structured practices as the company grows;
π What Success Looks Like (First 3β6 Months):
- Built trusted partnerships with key leaders and became a reliable business-oriented advisor;
- Established consistent manager cadence (quality 1:1s, structured feedback, escalation clarity);
- Improved clarity and consistency in performance conversations and expectation setting;
- Delivered 1β2 targeted engagement or retention initiatives based on data insights;
- Transformed employee signals (surveys, attrition reasons, probation outcomes) into clear action plans;
- Increased consistency and maturity of People practices across teams.
π€ Our Criteria:
- 3+ years of experience as People Partner / HRBP / People Ops in a scaling environment (tech/product is a plus);
- Strong coaching skills and ability to influence without formal authority;
- Solid understanding of performance management, employee relations, and organizational development fundamentals;
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and building structure where it doesnβt yet exist;
- Data-informed mindset and confidence interpreting metrics;
- High emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and strong communication skills;
- English proficiency (written and spoken).
