We are a fast-growing product gambling company looking for a Support Manager who will become the voice and support point for our users.

 Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers via chat and email
  • Assisting with account, payment, and bonus-related inquiries
  • Escalating technical cases to relevant teams
  • Logging and documenting requests in the system
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service
     

 We are looking for someone who:

  • Is stress-resistant and stays calm during peak hours
  • Learns fast and adapts easily
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Has English proficiency (B1+)
  • Is ready to work in shifts

 Will be a plus:

  • Previous experience in support or customer service
  • Experience in the gambling industry (not mandatory)
