We are a fast-growing product gambling company looking for a Support Manager who will become the voice and support point for our users.

Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via chat and email
- Assisting with account, payment, and bonus-related inquiries
- Escalating technical cases to relevant teams
- Logging and documenting requests in the system
- Maintaining a high level of customer service
We are looking for someone who:
- Is stress-resistant and stays calm during peak hours
- Learns fast and adapts easily
- Has strong communication skills
- Has English proficiency (B1+)
- Is ready to work in shifts
Will be a plus:
- Previous experience in support or customer service
- Experience in the gambling industry (not mandatory)
