Lead Growth Manager (Web Funnels)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Growth Manager (Web Funnels) to join our Growth Team and own the revenue performance of a funnel cluster within the Business Unit.
In this role, you will define and drive the Growth strategy within your ownership area, ensuring measurable revenue impact, sustainable improvement of unit economics, and experimentation maturity within your funnel cluster.
You will operate in a complex multi-product environment with multiple active funnels, different monetization logics, and varied traffic sources, requiring strong prioritization and strategic focus.
This is both a hands-on and leadership role: you will personally initiate and run experiments while also leading the Growth direction, coordinating the team, and driving revenue-focused decision-making.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the revenue performance of your funnel cluster from first screen to payment, with accountability for conversion, ARPU, LTV, and overall financial contribution to the Business Unit
  • Define and execute the Growth strategy for your funnel cluster, identifying and prioritizing the highest revenue-impact opportunities
  • Define and prioritize key growth directions and ensure high-quality hypothesis generation aligned with strategic revenue goals (CR, ARPU, LTV)
  • Ensure a scalable and predictable experimentation framework with consistent measurable output, personally leading high-impact initiatives while delegating execution where appropriate
  • Define and evolve monetization strategy (paywall, pricing, trial, upsells) to drive sustainable ARPU and LTV growth while improving conversion performance
  • Make final data-driven scaling decisions based on unit economics, financial impact, and Business Unit priorities
  • Influence Business Unit roadmap and prioritization through strong revenue-driven argumentation and financial impact modeling
  • Lead and develop Growth specialists within your ownership area, distribute responsibilities, ensure execution quality, and foster a high-performing Growth sub-team
  • Enhance perceived product value within the funnel via offer positioning, messaging, UX testing, and segmentation strategies
  • Build and continuously improve a repeatable and scalable Growth framework within your ownership area
  • Increase experimentation maturity and win-rate over time
  • Reduce time-to-test structurally
  • Ensure predictability and transparency of Growth impact.


What we look for:

  • 1+ year of experience in a Growth Lead or similar role - experience leading a Growth direction, managing a small Growth team, or owning a revenue-critical funnel area
  • 3+ years of experience in Growth / CRO / Monetization Manager in B2C digital products
  • Proven hands-on experience working with end-to-end WEB funnels (LP โ†’ signup โ†’ trial โ†’ payment)
  • Strong experience in subscription-based B2C digital businesses
  • Practical experience launching and analyzing A/B tests (hypothesis formulation, test design, analysis, decision-making)
  • Deep understanding of monetization mechanics (paywall, pricing, trial models, offers, upsells)
  • Deep understanding of unit economics (ARPU, LTV, CAC, contribution margin) and ability to connect funnel decisions with financial outcomes
  • Experience influencing prioritization through revenue and data-driven reasoning
  • Strong analytical skills and confident use of analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau, or similar web analytics platforms)
  • Experience prioritizing hypotheses using impact ร— effort ร— revenue potential frameworks
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English.
