Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager with deep expertise in a specific industry who can help design and shape new digital products.

Our focus is not just on execution, but on product thinking - understanding how an industry works, identifying its real problems, and creating product solutions around them.

We believe that while execution will increasingly be automated, product expertise and industry insight cannot be automated.
That’s why we are looking for a Product Manager who deeply understands one domain and can transform that knowledge into product ideas and strategies.

About Kozak Group

We are a software development company with 10+ years on the market working with clients across Europe and the United States.

Our core expertise is e-commerce development, particularly with Magento, and we are expanding into Shopify and other modern commerce solutions.

Today most of our work is service-based development, but we are actively moving toward building our own products and scalable product solutions.

We want to build:

• internal products
• SaaS solutions
• extensions and tools for existing client ecosystems
• AI-powered solutions for business automation

To support this direction, we are looking for a Product Manager with strong industry insight and product thinking.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in digital products.
• Proven experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, retail, manufacturing/distribution, AI products or LegalTech.
• Strong experience in product discovery, market analysis, and problem identification.
• Ability to define product vision, MVP scope, and product strategy.
• Experience translating product ideas into clear requirements and specifications for development teams.
• Strong understanding of user needs, market dynamics, and product-market fit.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business stakeholders).
• Strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.

We are not looking for candidates whose main experience is in:

• Crypto / Web3 / Blockchain
• GameDev
• Government / public sector

These industries have very different product development dynamics and are not aligned with our current focus.
