Operations Manager iGaming (Live Casino)
About the Company
We are a regulated online live casino operating under an Anjouan license.
The project has been running for 7 months and is currently in an active growth phase.
At the moment, key operational functions (CRM, support, retention, finance, tech infrastructure) are handled via an external CRM provider on a retainer model.
Our goal is to gradually build internal operational capabilities and scale the business in a structured and sustainable way.

- Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 β Audit & Strategy
- Conduct a full operational audit together with the founder
- Analyze current CRM provider performance
- Review retention performance and identify weak points
- Evaluate support structure and KPIs
- Develop a clear improvement and scaling roadmap
Phase 2 β Build & Scale
- Gradually build internal operational structure
- Establish support and retention teams
- Define and implement SOPs and KPIs
- Optimize workflows and reporting
- Prepare the company for sustainable scaling
Long-term goal: transition from outsourced operational model to a stronger in-house structure.
Requirements
Must Have:
- 2β3+ years of experience in iGaming / Online Casino / Betting
- Proven experience managing operations
- Experience with retention & support structures
- Experience building or restructuring operational processes
- Strong understanding of CRM-driven casino operations
- Fluent English (mandatory)
Nice to Have:
- Hebrew (advantage)
- Russian (advantage)
Experience working in regulated jurisdictions
Location On-site onlyIsrael (preferred)
Cyprus (office available)
Remote work is not an option.
