About the role

We are looking for a reliable, high-energy personal assistant to support the Founder in Dubai. This is an on-site role focused on meetings, follow-ups, daily coordination, and personal/work administrative tasks. You’ll act as an extension of the Founder—spotting what needs to be done and making it happen.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Join meetings, take notes, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, reminders, and meeting logistics.
  • Handle calls and messages when the Founder is unavailable.
  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks, errands, and operational follow-ups.
  • Support travel planning, document handling, and local administrative needs.
  • Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism.

     

Ideal candidate profile

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English is required; Hebrew is a plus (not required).
  • Highly organized, proactive, able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Calm under pressure, service-oriented, strong attention to detail.
  • Based in Dubai .
