Position Overview

We are looking for a React Native Developer to build a mobile MVP from scratch for a modern fintech/health platform.
The app will allow members to:
 

• View balances
• Contribute funds
• Invest
• Track spending
• Manage reimbursements

All functionality will be powered by secure financial APIs (Lynx).
You’ll work closely with backend engineers and product stakeholders to ship a production-ready mobile app within a fast-paced MVP environment.

The Project

The product is a fintech/health platform focused on enabling users to manage financial contributions, investments, and reimbursements in a secure and transparent way.
The development phase is about to begin. This is a 0→1 MVP build, with a timeline of 1.5–2 months and strong potential for scaling afterward.

Your role: Mobile Developer (React Native) - fully responsible for the mobile application direction and implementation.

Required Hard Skills
 

• 2+ years of experience with React Native
• Strong TypeScript skills
• Experience building mobile apps from scratch
• Experience integrating REST APIs
• Experience implementing authentication flows (OTP, MFA, token-based authentication)
• Experience building data-heavy screens (charts, filters, transaction lists)
• Understanding of secure mobile development best practices
• Experience publishing apps to App Store / Google Play

Nice to Have
 

• Experience integrating financial APIs (especially Lynx API)
• Experience with fintech, payments, or investment products
• Experience building SOC2 / HIPAA-aware applications
• Experience with portfolio charts and financial data visualization
• Familiarity with multi-tenant systems

Key Responsibilities
 

• Handle the mobile MVP development from scratch
• Integrate backend APIs for accounts, payments, investments, and notifications
• Implement secure authentication and RBAC-aware flows
• Build analytics and portfolio performance screens
• Optimize performance (fast loading, efficient data handling)
• Collaborate closely with backend developers on API contracts
• Contribute to architecture and code quality decisions
• Ensure production readiness and successful app store releases
