Operations Admin Specialist
About the role
We are hiring a smart, proactive operations/admin specialist to support day-to-day execution and ensure fast turnaround across markets. You will handle administrative tasks, documentation, coordination, and operational follow-ups across teams and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit documentation to partners, vendors, banks, and service providers.
- Coordinate operational requests across internal teams (tech, design, support, compliance).
- Track tasks, deadlines, approvals and follow-ups; keep workflows moving.
- Support client onboarding coordination and basic customer support escalations.
- Maintain internal records, checklists, and process documentation.
- Schedule calls, manage communications, and ensure timely responses during US business hours.
Ideal candidate profile
- 2+ years experience in administration / operations / executive assistance.
- Strong English (written + spoken), highly organized, detail-oriented.
- Fast learner with high ownership: can figure things out independently.
- Experience in fintech/crypto is a plus (but not mandatory if you learn quickly).
- Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple priorities.
Work conditions
09 00-18 00 per New York Time zone
Fully remote
Compensation
Market-based. Target range discussed: $1,500โ$2,000/month (depending on experience and scope).
