Operations Admin Specialist

About the role

 

 

We are hiring a smart, proactive operations/admin specialist to support day-to-day execution and ensure fast turnaround across markets. You will handle administrative tasks, documentation, coordination, and operational follow-ups across teams and partners.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit documentation to partners, vendors, banks, and service providers.
  • Coordinate operational requests across internal teams (tech, design, support, compliance).
  • Track tasks, deadlines, approvals and follow-ups; keep workflows moving.
  • Support client onboarding coordination and basic customer support escalations.
  • Maintain internal records, checklists, and process documentation.
  • Schedule calls, manage communications, and ensure timely responses during US business hours.

     

Ideal candidate profile

  • 2+ years experience in administration / operations / executive assistance.
  • Strong English (written + spoken), highly organized, detail-oriented.
  • Fast learner with high ownership: can figure things out independently.
  • Experience in fintech/crypto is a plus (but not mandatory if you learn quickly).
  • Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple priorities.

 

Work conditions 

09 00-18 00 per New York Time zone

Fully remote

 

Compensation

Market-based. Target range discussed: $1,500โ€“$2,000/month (depending on experience and scope).
