Accounting Senior Business Analyst (Product-Level BA / Delivery Lead)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong delivery ownership, a product mindset, and the ability to drive execution end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product-level analysis and delivery for accounting platform transformation
• Bridge communication between business heads and engineering teams
• Shape the product roadmap, manage dependencies, and ensure execution quality
• Oversee cross-functional and cross-geography stakeholders
• Support data governance, execution controls, and platform modernization
• Work across legacy and modern systems in a hybrid architecture environment

Must-Have Experience

• 8+ years of IT Business Analysis experience
• Strong background in investment / wholesale banking
• Experience managing IT teams and global stakeholders
• Agile delivery expertise (JIRA / Confluence)
• Strong communication skills (C2 English preferred)
• Experience with data governance, controls, and roadmap planning
• Technical awareness of modern architectures (cloud, microservices, hybrid)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Java, MongoDB, JSON, Kibana
• Experience with back-office platforms: Calypso, Loan IQ, Confirming
