Power BI Specialist / Business Intelligence Analyst

Our client is a major wholesale banking institution in Warsaw undergoing a finance and reporting transformation. This role operates between Business, IT and Data, owning reporting end-to-end.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years in BI / Data Analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop + Service)
• Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and data modelling (star schema)
• Strong SQL for data validation
• Experience gathering requirements and defining KPI logic
• Direct cooperation with business stakeholders
• Understanding of DWH / ETL concepts
• Experience working in Agile (Jira, Confluence)
• English B2+
   

Nice to have

• Banking / financial services background
• Knowledge of wholesale banking products (FX, bonds, equities)
