We are looking for a SEO Specialist to take full ownership of our website SEO and organic growth. This role can be full-time or part-time (flexible schedule). This position is focused on search visibility, technical SEO, content optimisation, and close collaboration with content, development, and marketing teams.
The SEO Specialist will work closely with the Marketing team but will be fully responsible for SEO strategy and execution, allowing marketers to focus on brand, content, and promotion.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of SEO strategy and execution for the company website.
- On-page SEO optimisation: metadata, URLs, headings, internal linking, keyword mapping.
- Participation in the creation and maintenance of content plans, topic clustering, and page prioritisation from an SEO perspective.
- SEO optimisation and proofreading of content together with copywriters.
- Preparation of clear technical specifications for copywriters, designers, and developers.
- Working with the website CMS: adding, editing, publishing content and fine-tuning SEO settings.
- Technical SEO: identifying and coordinating fixes for SEO-related bugs, indexing issues, and performance problems with developers.
- Monitoring and improving website visibility using Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
- Keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Tracking SEO performance, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements based on data.
Maintaining SEO documentation, guidelines, and working files.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of on-page, technical SEO, and content SEO principles.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and Google Search Console.
- Ability to prepare structured and actionable technical tasks.
- Experience collaborating with developers and content teams.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with SEO metrics and data.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
English — Intermediate+ (working with documentation, tasks, and communication).
Nice to have (Plus)
- Experience with GEO / AEO (Generative Engine Optimization / Answer Engine Optimization) — optimising content and brand presence for AI-driven search and answer engines (e.g., AI Overviews, ChatGPT-style answers), including structured content, entity-focused optimisation, and schema basics.
