About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us connect with the right companies and decision-makers. Your main goal will be to identify qualified prospects and generate intro calls through LinkedIn, Dribbble, X, and other relevant channels.

This is not about sending hundreds of generic messages. It’s about smart research, personalized outreach, and starting meaningful conversations that can turn into real opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

  • ICP-based research and market mapping
  • Multi-channel outbound (LinkedIn, Dribbble, Upwork, X)
  • Personalized outreach and follow-up management
  • Create high-quality bids and proposals
  • Qualify customer replies and book calls
  • Build and maintain lead databases: analyze, verify, and segment
  • Track conversion rates, review analytics, and keep the CRM up to date

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation
  • Strong research skills (Practising different techniques on LinkedIn, UpWork, etc.)
  • Ability to write concise, value-based proposals
  • Understanding of UX/UI Design
  • Deep understanding of lead qualification processes and reply management
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedHelper
  • English level B2 or higher
