Email Marketing Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Consultant who can transform our email channel into a consistent source of qualified leads through smart automation, precise segmentation, and data-driven optimization. If you know how to turn complex technical services into high-converting email journeys — this role is for you.

Requirements:

• Previous working experience in IT Outsourcing/Outstaffing
• Strong experience building marketing automation flows with conditional logic (If/Else)
• Confident work with custom fields (including multi-select) and tag-based segmentation
• Ability to set up Lead Scoring and integrate workflows through API connections
• Experience synchronizing data between CRM (e.g., Pipedrive) and email tools (ActiveCampaign or similar)
• Skilled in running, analyzing, and interpreting A/B tests

Nice to have:

• B2B experience across industries such as Healthcare, AI, FinTech, and Real Estate
• Ability to package complex technical case studies into clear, value-driven email funnels demonstrating expertise
• Experience integrating email with multi-channel activities (Clutch, LinkedIn, PPC landing pages, and other channels)

Responsibilities:

• Turn the email channel into a stable generator of qualified leads (MQL/SQL) through nurturing, segmentation, and identifying commercial intent
• Rebuild existing flows: design personalized automation sequences tailored to specific industries (Healthcare, AI, FinTech) from the very first touchpoint
• Reactivate and validate the current database: segment, clean, enrich, and implement mechanisms to assess subscriber buying intent
• Continuously optimize conversion metrics (CTR, click-to-website, case study visits, service page visits)
• Scale acquisition by introducing new entry points (Clutch, LinkedIn, PPC landing pages) and configuring their processing logic inside ActiveCampaign
