Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and Track Infringements: Regularly monitor online ad platforms
    (Google, TikTok, Snap, Instagram, Youtube etc.), other social media, and e-
    commerce platforms for potential copyright infringements, and unauthorized use
    of our intellectual property
  • Execute DMCA Takedowns: Draft, submit, and manage DMCA takedown
    notices to swiftly remove infringing content
  • IP Rights Enforcement: Enforce our company’s intellectual property rights by
    identifying and addressing cases of trademark, and copyright across various
    digital channels. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant IP laws, especially
    those governing online copyright and trademark protection
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, legal, and
    brand management teams to proactively identify potential areas of risk and stay
    aligned with brand protection goals. Provide recommendations for improving
    internal IP protection processes
  • Policy and Best Practice Development: Develop and refine standard
    procedures for efficient DMCA takedown and IP enforcement processes

    Requirements

     

  • 1-3 years of experience in brand protection, online enforcement, trust & safety,
    content moderation, or marketplace compliance
  • Proven experience in copyright infringement monitoring, DMCA takedown
    processes, and IP rights enforcement in a digital environment
  • Strong pattern recognition skills and attention to detail in identifying deceitful or
    abusive activity
  • Knowledge of enforcement tools, and IP monitoring technologies
  • Ability to analyze complex submissions and deliver clear, well-reasoned
    approve/reject recommendations
  • Ability to manage change, recalibrate, and re-stack the queue to keep things
    moving
  • Professional fluency in English. Other EU languages are a plus
