UAPP.AI  is an AI-focused product IT company founded in 2018 that specializes in creating, launching, and monetizing mobile applications and web products with over 10 million combined installs for global markets. 

We create our own products & apps — design, build, monetise, and scale them to millions of users worldwide.

 

Now we are looking for a Head of product to drive the development and growth of our new products (Web2Web Subscriptions)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation the long-term vision and strategy of the product and roadmap for web-based subscription products based on market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback.
  • Web2Web funnel optimization: leading of design, build, and optimize web funnels, including landing pages, onboarding flows, and paywalls to increase conversion rates.
  • Development of subscription models, pricing strategies, and monetization funnels to improve Average Revenue Per Paying User (ARPPU). Deveraging market research, user data, and best practices to fuel continual ARPPU growth.
  • Data-Driven decision making: analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and LTV/CAC ratios to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
  • Development of the strategy, pricing, and revenue optimization (e.g., A/B testing).
  • Collaborate closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure efficient implementation of features, improvements, and strategic initiatives that maximize monetization.
  • Establishment and continuously improve processes for product development and team operations to maximize efficiency, quality, and velocity.
  • Foster a performance-driven team culture that embraces accountability, rapid iteration, and relentless pursuit of results.

     

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management (with a proven history working on subscription-based digital products)
  • Deep understanding of Web2Web development and growth processes.
  • Understanding and responsibility for key product metrics: MAU/DAU, Retention, Churn, LTV, ARPU, Conversion Rate and Stickiness, with a systematic approach to their improvement through data analysis, product experiments and funnel optimization (including web2web and paywall‑flows)
  • Strong experience with analytics, split testing, and key product metrics
  • Ability to set clear requirements for development teams and monitor execution
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, and others
  • Manual QA skills are a plus
  • English proficiency is a plus.
