Middle Backend Engineer (Next.js / AWS / CloudFront) to $3000 Offline

We're looking for a backend engineer who's passionate about building scalable, composable systems that power the next generation of the web.

About the role

You'll be working on backend infrastructure that's built to scale — designing and implementing APIs, services, and cloud architecture that's clean, composable, and production-ready. We value engineers who bring fresh ideas and aren't afraid to introduce new technologies when they make sense.

What we're looking for

Strong backend engineering experience (Next.js preferred)

Solid AWS expertise — particularly CloudFront and related services

Experience designing scalable, composable backend architectures

A passion for keeping up with modern backend tooling and bringing new ideas to the table

Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you have real ownership

Nice to have

Experience with edge computing / CDN architecture

Familiarity with modern web infrastructure patterns
