Middle Python Developer (offline)

Требования:

Experience with Django 1.11 or higher ( any version is acceptable);
Experience with Python 3.6 and higher;
Experience with relational databases PostgreSQL;
Redis - or any other alike nosql/key-value experience
unittest/pytest
General knowledge - HTML+CSS+Javascript ;
Upper-Intermediate Strong level of English.

Будет плюсом:
Distributed task queue systems (Celery).
Knowledge required Docker - optional - we have DevOps, would be a little asset though.

О проекте:
The project is split into different components, but the one we need help with is a so-called TMS. TMS stands for transportation management system and is basically a machine-learning platform for the transportation industry.
When a transportation company plans their routes, they generally try to get the routes with all of the stops as efficient as possible, so routes will be calculated by that software, considering estimated loading times at the stops, etc.
When a route is planned (Google Maps Mashup), the software will provide it and if the user modifies the route manually, machine learning practices will be applied so future routes will be planned accordingly.
