We are looking for a structured and research-driven Lead Generation Specialist to build a high-quality outbound pipeline within the Web3 / Fintech ecosystem.

 

This is not a mass outreach role.

This is intelligent, crypto-native outbound focused on identifying real companies, qualifying decision-makers, and generating meaningful intro calls.

 

Responsibilities

• ICP-based research and market mapping

• Multi-channel outbound (LinkedIn, Upwork, Telegram, X, Discord, Reddit)

• Personalized outreach and follow-up management

• Booking qualified intro meetings

• First-level lead qualification (MQL)

• Maintaining clean and structured CRM activity

 

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Web3 / crypto ecosystem

• Ability to distinguish between real operating companies and early-stage projects

• Experience identifying founders and decision-makers

• Confidence working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork

• Ability to perform natural, non-spam Telegram outreach

 

Outbound expectations

• 800+ manual outbound messages per month

• Work with automation across multiple LinkedIn accounts

• 15+ qualified meetings per month

 

Qualification mindset

You should quickly assess:

• Product maturity

• Transaction activity

• Founder involvement

• Budget potential ($20k+ projects)

 

Unqualified leads should be disqualified early.

 

Experience

• 1.5–2+ years in B2B lead generation

• At least 6 months in Web3 / Fintech / Crypto

• English B2+

• Ukrainian or Russian — native / fluent

• Comfortable rejecting poor-fit leads

Compensation

Competitive base salary + performance bonus (~$40 per qualified meeting).
