Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Our company builds a high-delivery WhatsApp “verified tunnel” for Gambling, Trading, Fintech, Gaming, and affiliate-driven brands. We help performance-heavy teams reliably land messages, bypass delivery limits and blocks, and convert cold leads into deposits and paying customers.

We are building a core infrastructure channel for revenue-driven teams — and we are looking for a CMO who can turn this product into a must-have solution across key verticals.

 

What You Will Own

  • Full marketing strategy: performance, product marketing, brand, lifecycle
  • Building and managing a lean, high-output marketing team
  • Demand generation for high-ticket B2B (outbound, funnels, webinars, events, partnerships)
  • Sales enablement materials: decks, case studies, positioning
  • Website, landing pages, email flows, WhatsApp funnels
  • Tracking and dashboards: leads, demo-to-close rate, CAC, ROI
  • Pipeline and revenue contribution
     

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or performance marketing
  • Proven ownership of pipeline and revenue targets
  • Hands-on experience with paid channels, outbound motion, and funnel building
  • Strong product marketing and copy instincts (ability to simplify complex tech)
  • Experience working closely with founders, sales, and product
  • Startup mindset and comfort with ambiguity
  • Willingness to work on-site in Dubai (no remote/hybrid option)

    Compensation: Salary + Equity
