We are looking for a high-energy, AI-native Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital growth engine. This is a hands-on role with clear ownership across AI-driven content creation, campaign execution, CRM & analytics, and website & SEO. You will turn complex AI and SaaS capabilities into clear digital stories that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
AI is a default way of working in this role, not an add-on.

Requirements:
 

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS digital marketing, ideally AI or data-driven products
  • Proven hands-on experience with content creation (demos, videos, onepagers, etc.)
  • English – upper intermediate
  • Strong command of campaigns, ABM, CRM, analytics, and SEO
  • AI-native mindset with high execution speed and ownership


Core Responsibilities:


1. AI-Powered Content Creation

  • Create and scale demos, videos, explainers, and digital product stories using AI-powered video tools and visual design platforms like Canva and Figma
  • Rapidly iterate, personalize, and optimize content based on performance

     

2. Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan and run integrated campaigns: webinars, ABM, paid, and launches
  • Align closely with Sales and Product on ICPs, buying groups, and deals

     

3. CRM, Marketing Automation & Analytics

  • Own CRM, automation, attribution, and performance dashboards
  • Optimize campaigns and content using data and AI-driven insights

     

4. Website, Social Media, Business Catalogue, SEO

  • Own website performance, conversion, SEO, AI search strategy
  • Ensure clear value messaging and strong demand capture
  • Own content strategy and execution in social media and business catalogues (G2, Chrunch)
