Design Lead

At Red Rocket Software, we are looking for an experienced Design Lead who will help coordinate our design team, maintain high quality standards, and support structured delivery across client projects.

This role combines strong hands-on expertise with team coordination and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with designers and other departments to ensure consistency, clarity, and smooth processes.

What you will do:

• Coordinate UX/UI and Graphic Design directions across active projects
• Work closely with UX/UI and Graphic designers to align priorities and workload
• Support designers with feedback, mentoring, and professional growth
• Review and align Roadmaps together with design team members
• Ensure consistency of design standards and maintain scalable design systems
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new designers
• Monitor workload distribution and help maintain a healthy team environment
• Contribute to project estimation and resource planning when needed
• Oversee design progress and support timely delivery
• Join client calls and present design solutions when required
• Facilitate collaboration between Design, Development, PM, BA, and QA
• Help structure documentation (Google Drive, internal knowledge base, Figma standards)

• Bring clarity and organization in dynamic project environments

   

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design
• Experience mentoring or coordinating other designers
• Strong understanding of UX principles and product logic
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel
• Experience working with design systems
• Good communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations
• Structured and organized approach to workflows
• Advanced Figma expertise
• English level B2+
