Webflow developer (Digital Asset Marketplace)

We are a premier Web3 M&A and Digital Asset Marketplace bridging the gap between traditional investment banking and the crypto economy. Our platform is the go-to destination for high-stakes transactions, including full company acquisitions, secondary market deals (SAFT/Equity), and liquid token OTC.

We are currently evolving our digital presence to match our market standing—moving from a standard site to a scalable, data-driven product ecosystem.

The Role

We are looking for a Web specialist to take the reins of our web presence. This is a dual-threat role: you are part Webflow Developer (architecting CMS and layouts) and part Visual Designer (maintaining a premium brand aesthetic).

You won't just be "fixing bugs." You will be expected to research competitors, propose UX improvements, and build a site that feels more like a financial data platform (think: Flippa or ForgeGlobal) than a simple landing page.

Core Responsibilities

  • Webflow Ownership: Build, iterate, and maintain the website roadmap. You are responsible for the "pixel-perfect" transition from Figma to live code.
  • Advanced CMS Management: Design and manage complex Webflow CMS architectures, including multi-collection relationships, custom filtering, and dynamic templates for financial data.
  • Brand Execution: Act as the guardian of the brand. Ensure every UI element, social graphic, and web component is consistent, premium, and visually aligned.
  • Asset Production: Create high-fidelity branded assets in Figma for deal launches, announcements, and marketing campaigns.
  • SEO & Structure: Optimize information architecture and page speed to support organic growth and content discoverability.
  • AI-Driven Workflow: Proactively use LLMs (ChatGPT/Claude) to speed up development, debug custom code, and experiment with content variations.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital design and Webflow development.
  • Webflow Mastery: Deep knowledge of the Webflow CMS, interactions, and responsive design. You should be comfortable with "clean class" structures (e.g., Client-First or similar methodologies).
  • Figma Fluency: Experience building and using lightweight design systems (components, auto-layout, styles).
  • Visual Taste: A portfolio that demonstrates a "clean" aesthetic.
  • Self-Management: The ability to take a high-level brief and run with it without constant hand-holding.
  • Communication: Strong written and spoken English.
  • Tech Stack: Regular use of AI tools to enhance productivity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Web3, Crypto, or Fintech sectors.
  • Experience supporting a company rebrand or large-scale site migration.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript for extending Webflow functionality.
  • Basic video editing skills for social media snippets.

Work Arrangement & Compensation

  • Remote-First: Work from anywhere.
  • Flexibility: Results-oriented culture with flexible hours.
  • Syncs: Must be available for two standing meetings per week in the GMT+9 evening window (mornings for Europe).
