Billing/Payment Product Manager to $3500

We are looking for a passionate Billing/Payment Product Manager to join us and make our products greater!

What drives success in this role:

Experience in integrating and managing various payment service providers and payment methods across global regions from the merchant (B2C) side.

Experience in optimizing billing processes, including chargeback and refund management, as well as risk assessment.

Experience working with dispute rates.

Ability to analyze product metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and customers.

Proficiency in English.

Proven leadership experience in driving product development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
