Finance & Compliance Manager
Location: Warsaw (office)

International fintech project (EU), operating in crypto ↔ fiat exchange (B2C), is looking for a Finance & Compliance Manager to strengthen financial and compliance operations.

The project operates under EU AML/KYC requirements and is preparing for MiCA regulation alignment.

Responsibilities:

– Control of transaction flow (C2B)
– Monitoring of payment operations
– Communication with banks / EMI / PSP
– Onboarding of new payment solutions
– AML / KYC control procedures
– Analysis of unusual transactions (EDD / Source of Funds)
– Preparing responses to bank inquiries

Requirements:

– Experience in finance / fintech / payment systems
– Understanding of SEPA / SWIFT
– Basic knowledge of AML / KYC
– Strong analytical mindset
– English B1–B2

Nice to have:

– Transaction monitoring experience
– Experience communicating with banks and payment providers
