PRODUCT DESIGNER (Strong Junior – Middle)

We’re looking for a Product Designer to shape, improve, and scale UX across our subscription-based mobile and web products for Tier-1 markets (US, UK, EU).

This is a high-impact role with direct influence on conversion, retention, and revenue — perfect for someone who thinks in metrics, tests hypotheses fast, and scales what works.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Design UX/UI for mobile (iOS/Android) and web products
• Analyze product tasks together with PM and developers
• Create and validate 2–3 solution concepts before final execution
• Design full user flows, all states, and edge cases
• Prepare clean and structured handoff (components, specs, design system alignment)
• Support developers during implementation and participate in design QA
• Analyze post-release metrics and iterate based on data
• Actively use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and decision-making
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and development teams

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in product companies or agencies
• Strong Figma skills (components, auto-layout, prototyping, Figma Make)
• Solid understanding of the full UX process — from problem to delivery
• Experience designing mobile and web interfaces
• Ability to read and interpret product analytics
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
• Portfolio with real product cases (problem → solution → impact)
• English level A1–B1
• Ukrainian — Native

Nice to have:

• Experience in subscription / SaaS / mobile products
• Understanding of A/B testing and growth mechanics
• Basic user research & usability testing experience
• Experience working with design systems
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience using AI across the product workflow
