Sportbook Manager (Marketing)

We are looking for a Sportbook Manager (Marketing) for our client!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and launching marketing activities for the sportsbook vertical, including promo campaigns, bonus mechanics (free bets, risk-free bets, odds boosts, cashback), seasonal offers, and retention campaigns;
  • Promoting sportsbook product features, new betting markets, odds, tournaments, and special events;
  • Acting as a local product representative between marketing, trading, and product teams to improve user experience and conversions;
  • Monitoring player behavior, campaign performance, and key sportsbook metrics;
  • Analyzing competitors in the sportsbook and crypto-betting segments;
  • Tracking industry trends, UX solutions, bonus mechanics, and marketing approaches;
  • Localizing marketing campaigns for different GEOs.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with sportsbook products;
  • Understanding of sportsbook logic, betting markets, and odds;
  • Experience with bonus systems and retention mechanics;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Experience working with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing dashboards;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced product environment;
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Crypto / Crypto iGaming;
  • Understanding of Web3, crypto payments, and wallets.
