We’re growing fast and we need someone to own the entire post-sale client experience - from onboarding to ongoing delivery & long-term client satisfaction.
This is a senior, high-autonomy role. You’ll design and run the delivery function - processes, systems, team, tools.
What You’ll OwnService Delivery Operations
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of our core services:
Managed Email Infrastructure. We set up, monitor, and optimize outbound email infrastructure — domains, mailboxes, warm-up, deliverability, sending patterns. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle: onboarding, monitoring health metrics, flagging anomalies proactively, and ensuring every client’s system performs.
Outbound Supervision We actively supervise campaigns, provide copywriting feedback, track performance, and deliver regular reporting. You’ll make sure this happens consistently and on time for every client.
Data Research We run fully managed data research - building enriched contact databases with the right signals and targeting.
Client Communication & Success
- Own all client communication channels: Slack, email, and monthly consulting calls (for applicable tiers).
- Build and maintain a proactive client success model - systems that surface alerts, anomalies, and opportunities before clients have to ask.
- Manage and develop the junior CS team member.
- Handle escalations. Be the person clients trust.
- Drive retention and satisfaction as primary KPIs.
Process Design & Automation
- Design and implement onboarding workflows for each service - standardized, repeatable, and fast.
- Build SOPs for every stage of the delivery lifecycle.
- Create internal dashboards and alert systems for real-time visibility into client health.
- Critical: Everything you build must be AI-first. We don’t scale by adding people - we scale by automating with AI. You should be designing processes where AI handles 80% and humans handle the orchestration layer.
- Work with tools like Claude Code, n8n, Clay and CRM systems to build automated workflows.
You Must Have
- Outbound experience. You understand cold email, deliverability, outbound infrastructure, and what it takes to run campaigns. You don’t need to be a deliverability guru, but you need to know how outbound systems work.
- Agency/services background. You’ve worked in a marketing agency, outreach agency, or B2B services company managing delivery for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Process design chops. You’ve built delivery processes and SOPs from scratch. Not just followed them - designed them.
- Technical fluency. Comfortable with no-code automation tools like n8n, Claude Code and setting up integrations and workflows. You don’t need to code, but you need to build.
- AI-native mindset. You already use AI daily. You think about every process through “can AI do this?” and design AI-first workflows.
- Fluent English. 80% of our clients are English-speaking. Clear, professional, confident communication in writing and on calls.
