Senior Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our business development team and drive growth through strategic sales in the field of high-value engineering services. In this role, you’ll work directly with founders, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Product leaders, managing complex sales cycles and building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients across global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, email, networking, and industry events
- Conduct discovery calls to analyze business and technical needs
- Present and position engineering capabilities as tailored solutions to client challenges
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and shape delivery models
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline and ensure CRM accuracy
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Represent the company at professional conferences, tech summits, and industry events
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B IT services sales or software outsourcing
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals in custom software development or engineering services
- Strong outbound prospecting and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience managing full-cycle sales processes
- Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery models
- Demonstrated experience in participating in or representing the company at industry conferences and networking events
- Advanced level English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented approach
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling Embedded, AI/ML, HealthTech, or complex technical solutions
- Background in US or EU markets
- Established professional network in technology industries
- Previous work experience closely collaborating with technical teams or engineering environments
