VACANCY: Product Manager 💖

We are an experienced iGaming company operating in more than 20 countries.

We are looking for a proactive Product Manager with experience in the iGaming industry, ready to quickly join the team and build efficient processes on a strong platform.

🚀 Responsibilities:

• Participate in launching new iGaming brands and supporting existing ones, with deep involvement in preparation processes;
• Launch, test, and optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement funnels across different GEOs;
• Identify audience needs, analyze competitors, and apply best practices;
• Form hypotheses, run product experiments, and develop new features aimed at increasing retention and engagement metrics expressed through clear value indicators;
• Define key product metrics, prepare reports, and forecasts;
• Translate company goals into specific tasks and manage them through all stages: from idea formulation to final implementation;
• Conduct CustDev and in-depth user interviews, collect feedback and requests, convert them into features, and prioritize the backlog;
• Understand and manage the project’s Customer Journey Map;
• Closely collaborate and communicate with the platform development team.

🚀 Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry;
• Experience working with Tier 1 markets within the last 6 months;
• Project management experience: product launch, support, and scaling;
• Expertise in building product development hypotheses and running experiments to validate their effectiveness;
• Ability to identify problems and find value in tasks;
• Strong skills in analyzing key product metrics;
• Experience with competitor analysis and A/B testing;
• Ability to understand the technical aspects of the product;
• Systematic and flexible thinking, ability to structure information and make well-reasoned decisions;
• Proactive attitude and strong communication skills;
• English level B1+ is a plus.
