Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
• Perform data analysis and mapping to ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce.

Must Have

• Relative Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Proficiency in data analysis and utilising Excel.
• Experience with CRM and ERP platforms: Salesforce, Jira, Asana ClickUp.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• English B2+
