Affiliate/Account manager
We are looking for an Affiliate/Account manager for our client!
Responsibilities:
- Managing the affiliate program and existing partners
- Acquiring new and active affiliates (including via industry conferences)
- Optimizing cooperation models (RS / CPA / Hybrid)
- Traffic quality control and anti-fraud
- Analyzing FTD, GGR, NGR, LTV
- Working with retention / CRM teams to increase revenue
- Negotiating individual deals and revshare
- Optimizing payouts and financial terms
- Building long-term, high-value partner relationships
- Ensuring positive ROI and agreed traffic payback periods
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming on the operator side
- Mandatory experience with fiat casino
- Strong understanding of affiliate P&L
- Deep knowledge of RS / CPA / Hybrid / Flat models
- Experience negotiating with SEO, PPC, and media-buying teams
- Understanding of hold and volatility mechanics
- Experience with large revenue partners
- Collaboration with anti-fraud teams
- Cohort analysis skills
- Experience optimizing retention with CRM teams
- English level โ C1
