We’re looking for a Junior Video Editor (AI Creator) with a strong artistic eye and high visual intelligence to help us elevate our video content across social media and beyond. You’ll work closely with marketing and growth teams to produce high-impact video content, experiment with AI tools, and maintain a consistent visual identity. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their editing career who wants to grow fast, move fast, and shape the future of AI-driven content.

🎯 What you’ll do:
 

• Edit dynamic Reels, TikToks, and Shorts end-to-end (cutting, captions, sound design, motion graphics)
• Produce high-quality product videos for YouTube that clearly communicate value
• Repurpose long-form webinars into engaging, bite-sized vertical content
• Create AI-generated video elements (characters, backgrounds, voiceovers, etc.) using modern AI tools
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all video formats
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align content with business goals
• Optimize workflows to improve production speed and visual quality

🧩 Requirements:
 

• 1+ years of experience as a Video Editor (portfolio of vertical content required)
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
• Basic knowledge of After Effects (ability to customize templates)
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop or Canva Pro
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-based visual generation
• Knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and retention principles
• Basic sound design and audio mixing skills
• Basic color correction and grading skills
• Understanding of resolutions, codecs, and export settings (H.264, MP4)
• High attention to detail — you believe every frame matters
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain creative decisions
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
