Business Development Lead

We are looking for a Business Development Lead to lead our international growth and represent the company globally. This role is not just about sales - it is about building strategic partnerships, expanding into new markets, identifying new product opportunities, and scaling revenue streams across international markets.

You will act as the external face of the company, driving high-value deals, opening new niches, and building a sustainable long-term growth strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international business development strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Identify and enter new markets (Europe, Asia, US, LATAM), expanding the company’s global presence.
  • Build and close high-value B2B partnerships and strategic collaborations.
  • Represent the company at international conferences, industry events, and networking platforms (1–2 business trips per month).
  • Drive new niche exploration and initiate new product opportunities based on market demand.
  • Lead and manage the Sales function, ensuring alignment between acquisition and long-term client development.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Project, and Operations teams to align commercial strategy with execution.
  • Structure and optimize business development processes to enable scalable growth.
  • Maintain and expand a strong international partner network.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage complex deal cycles.
  • Establish KPIs, revenue targets, and growth metrics; track performance and adjust strategy accordingly.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Strategic Sales / Growth roles within B2B environments.
  • Strong background in international markets and conference-driven networking.
  • Experience in product IT, Web3, traffic-driven businesses, SaaS, affiliate, or performance-driven industries.
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket deals and build long-term partnerships.
  • Experience managing Sales teams or cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial thinking.
  • Ability to identify new revenue streams and product opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+), confident in international communication.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business development activities.
