Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Cloud Technologies, CAD & Graphics, and Physical Security Systems.

We are currently looking for a Sourcer who doesn’t just want to find profiles, but aims to grow into a Recruiter and eventually manage vacancies independently within an international IT business.

What you will do

• Active sourcing using LinkedIn, Djinni, Boolean / X-ray search
• Search for technical and commercial profiles
• First contact and communication with candidates
• Building and managing shortlists
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database
• Market and talent analytics

You will work with a wide range of roles, including Pre-Sales, Solution Engineers (Cloud / Security), BDM, Sales, Marketing.

After 6–9 months, you’ll have the opportunity to move into full-cycle recruiting and manage positions independently.

Who we’re looking for

• 6+ months of experience in sourcing or recruiting
• Understanding of the IT market
• Ability to write personalized first outreach messages
• Strong motivation to grow and develop, not just “work the inbox”
• English level B1 or higher
