Flamestone is a Czech-based company specialising in sustainable energy projects, with a focus on biogas, biomethane, BioLNG, and BioCO₂. We are actively expanding our team and looking for a skilled LinkedIn Sourcer to help us find the right specialists across Europe.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Sourcer / Talent Researcher to support our hiring efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to candidates for non-IT roles in the energy, engineering, and project management sectors, primarily in the Czech Republic and broader EU market.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify candidates on LinkedIn using Boolean and advanced search techniques
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for open roles
• Send personalised outreach messages to potential candidates
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidate fit based on provided role descriptions
• Maintain organised records of sourced candidates (ATS or spreadsheet)
• Collaborate closely with the hiring manager to refine search criteria

Required Skills

• Proven experience in LinkedIn sourcing and talent research
• Strong Boolean search skills
• Upper-Intermediate English, Ukrainian, Russian  or higher (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience sourcing for engineering, energy, or industrial roles
• Familiarity with the Czech or EU job market
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (paid)
