Project/Program Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team and oversee several interrelated workstreams. This role is perfect for an experienced PM who has mastered the skills and is ready to take the next step toward Program Management.
While you will focus on high-quality project execution under the guidance of a Product Owner, you will also receive mentorship to develop your Program Management skills.
You will help us improve operational processes for engineering work while managing the intersection of multiple moving parts.
Why join us?
Path to Program Management: Unlike traditional PM roles, we are offering an environment where you will be mentored to transition from managing tasks to managing programs. You will learn how to handle complex dependencies and strategic alignment firsthand.

- Process Growth: Collaborate on building and optimizing operational processes, moving from simple project tracking to broader program-level coordination.
- Execution & Governance: Plan and execute projects according to established client processes while identifying areas for efficiency gains.
- Stakeholder Synergy: Facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams to maintain transparency internally and with the Client.
- Reporting & Metrics: Gather and track key delivery metrics to provide a data-driven view of project health and areas for improvement.
- Delivery Support: Handle project and some account-level activities, including onboarding/offboarding, resolving escalations, and basic pricing/invoicing tasks.
Blocker Removal: Proactively resolve technical and administrative blockers (access, tools, etc.) to keep the engineering team moving.
Required Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to removing delivery obstacles.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to accommodate feedback and align decisions with client priorities.
