Middle/Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and a results-driven approach to develop solution for the customer from Texas, USA.

Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from planning to successful delivery;
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resources;
• Coordinate engineering, design, and QA teams;
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers;
• Identify risks and proactively manage mitigation plans;
• Facilitate project ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives);
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders;
• Ensure alignment between business goals and delivery execution.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience;
• Working to develop Saas (based on .Net), and Data Science part with Python;
• Experience with Jira;
• Experience managing cross-functional teams;
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to understand complex client requests and turn them into technical descriptions;
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
• English level: B2 or higher.

Nice to Have:
• Experience in IT or product-based companies;
• Certification in Project Management (Scrum, Agile);
• Technical or analytical background.
