Graphic Designer (EU)

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry.

Founded in 2014, the company has been successfully operating on the market for more than 11 years, bringing together a team of 390+ professionals. Starting as a leader in the CIS region, the company is now actively expanding on a global scale.

 

We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer (part-time) to join the HR team.

Only EU based!

 

๐Ÿ“‹ Key responsibilities and your contribution:

โ€” Develop and maintain internal HR visual identity (branding, guidelines, consistency across materials)

โ€” Create visual content for HR Digest, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives

โ€” Design presentations, including structuring and visualizing complex information

โ€” Prepare visuals for job postings, hiring campaigns, and recruitment channels

โ€” Collaborate with HR, recruiters, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective design solutions

โ€” Ensure visual consistency across all HR-related materials and channels

โ€” Work with multiple tasks in parallel, managing priorities and deadlines

 

๐Ÿ“š Your qualifications:

โ€” 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer

โ€” Strong portfolio with examples of branding, identity, and/or logo development

โ€” Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

โ€” Solid understanding of visual design principles: color theory, typography, composition, visual hierarchy

โ€” Ability to create clear, visually appealing, and goal-oriented creatives

โ€” Strong communication skills: ability to present and explain design decisions

โ€” Ability to work independently and manage time in a part-time setup

โ€” Experience working with internal stakeholders (HR, marketing, etc.)

 

โž• Nice to have:

โ€” Basic animation skills

โ€” Experience with employer branding or HR-related design

โ€” Experience working with ATS visuals, job boards, or recruitment funnels
