Senior Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can bring structure to complex situations, ask the right questions, and take full ownership of the analysis stream - from discovery through delivery support.

What you’ll be doing
 

• Leading discovery phases and structuring requirements
• Turning business needs into clear, actionable documentation
• Working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams
• Owning communication on the BA side of the project
• Supporting presales activities: shaping scope, contributing to proposals, joining client calls when needed
• Bringing clarity and structure where things are messy

What we’re looking for
 

• Solid experience as a Senior Business Analyst (5+ years)
• Confidence in leading discussions and managing stakeholder expectations
• Ability to balance business goals and technical realities
• Comfortable working in evolving environments
• English level B2–C1, both spoken and written
