Senior Strong/Lead Business Analyst

Binariks is looking for an experienced Senior Strong/Lead Business Analyst to join a healthcare project.

Our project is a healthcare data platform for Medicare patient management. It addresses the problem of fragmented medical data across healthcare facilities by consolidating information into a complete, readable patient chart for providers and staff. Ultimately, it enables advanced intelligence use cases, helping healthcare providers deliver the highest quality of care.

This role combines analytical and leadership responsibilities - you will drive requirement management, improve processes, and coordinate the work of the team.

The current team includes two information developers/business analysts.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis
• Strong background in the healthcare domain
• Solid understanding of the industry regulations and standards, as well as FHIR protocol
• Proven experience in setting up and improving business analysis processes
• Experience leading a team, managing workload distribution, and ensuring task completion
• Expertise in workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and solution validation
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
   

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and guide the work of the analysis team, assign tasks, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed specifications and user stories
• Review and validate proposed solutions to ensure compliance with business and regulatory needs
• Analyze and optimize existing workflows and processes
• Ensure clear communication between business, product, and technical teams
• Continuously improve processes to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality
