KYC Manager ( Know your customer)

The KYC Manager is responsible for ensuring customer compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) policies by verifying identity and payment information. The role aims to prevent fraud and ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify documents uploaded to user profiles, ensuring consistency between personal data, documents, and profile information, including graphical document checks.
• Process verification documents received via email and ensure proper handling and storage.
• Provide консультаtive support to the Customer Support team on player verification and KYC-related inquiries.
• Identify discrepancies, potential fraud indicators, and incomplete or suspicious documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal KYC/AML procedures and data protection standards.

Experience & Required Skills

• Minimum 3 months of experience in KYC/verification, preferably within online casinos, betting platforms, or iGaming.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for reporting, filtering, and basic data analysis.
• Solid understanding of KYC/AML procedures, including customer identification, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorist financing principles.
• Hands-on experience with identity and payment document verification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies or anomalies in data and documentation.
• High level of confidentiality and strict adherence to personal data protection standards.

• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, stress resistance, and a non-confrontational approach.

   

  Work schedule:

• Variable schedule. 2 day shifts / 2 days off / 2 night shifts / 2 days off.
